Teammates to Business Partners - Life After College Sports

Conor Johnston played Division 1 college soccer with Dirk at the University of Portland where they won a West Coast Conference Championship together in 2016. Today, Conor is the lead Project Manager for Momentasize Construction and serves as Dirk's right-hand man overseeing most aspects of the construction company's project finances and day-to-day activities. Conor and Dirk traded in their soccer cleats for a pair of running shoes, and now both train together regularly, having already run one marathon together in 2 Hours and 58 Minutes (6:47/Mile Pace) and are now training for their next marathon where they plan on trying to run 26.2 miles in under 2 hours and 40 minutes (6:00/Mile pace).

Chuck Brazer has over 18 years of commercial real estate experience in Oregon with several national investment sales firms. Chuck was drawn to commercial real estate in college as an on-site property manager for several multi-family properties on the University of Oregon campus. His studies in architecture, business and economics give him a unique perspective on the integration of physical assets and asset management.
For the past 11 years, Chuck has been at a boutique commercial firm in Portland. Throughout his tenure, he has closed more than $285 million in multifamily property transactions.
