On this week's episode of the Momentasize Podcast, we were lucky enough to talk to the one and only Tim Bratz.Tim began his real estate journey in the competitive New York City market, leasing ground-floor retail spaces. Determined to succeed despite limited resources, he immersed himself in learning and networking, discovering that resourcefulness and the right mindset were key to success.
Relocating to Charleston, South Carolina, in 2008, Tim bought his first property with a credit card balance transfer check, transforming a rundown duplex into a profitable investment. Over the years, he has scaled his real estate portfolio from humble beginnings to purchasing over 6,000 rental units, including unique assets like a mountain lodge and an island. Tim currently holds over 3,000 rental units. Tim’s passion for mentorship and growth has led him to create coaching programs and mastermind groups, helping others achieve success in real estate development and investing.

THE Rockstar Entrepreneur in the Beverage Industry

Tim Baggs is a Portland, OR native and Oregon State University graduate. He began his career with Rockstar Energy Drink in the early days of the company, playing a massive role in expanding the brand across the Northwest and Midwest. He has since founded several successful companies, including Summit Beverage, AXIS Custom Brands, and Lifestyle Wake, which together employ over 70 people. Tim has also played key roles in developing Dutch Bros’ Rebel energy drink, as well as growing Brew Dr Kombucha to over $50 million. In 2017, he started BeGOAT Energy, a cascara-based drink.
