Natalie and Rob Cloutier, also known as The New Build Couple on Instagram, are Designers, Builders, and Real Estate Investors. After meeting in college where they both studied architectural technology, Rob and Nat decided to start their crazy real estate journey at just 20 years old when they had no money to their names. However, from those humble beginnings, after years of hard work and dedication, they have now grown what is now a multi-million dollar portfolio of New Construction multi-family homes. Aside from continuing to grow their portfolio, Rob and Nat are on a mission to help teach others how they can follow in their footsteps to make their own dreams come true!
